1. Animals:

• Availability: Kits will be available for pickup at approximately 8 weeks of age. Not all kits in a litter will be available for sale

• Specify if purchase will be for a breeding pair, individual doe or buck

• "As Is" Sale: All rabbits are sold "as is." All sales are final.

• Health Disclosure: We strive to provide a complete history of each animal, including any known health conditions or defects.

2. Payment:

• Purchase price per kit: $15.00

• Payment in Full: Full payment is due upon pickup of the rabbit.

• Pickup Date: A pickup date must be stated at the time of purchase.
